Cheryl Bassitt serves as President and Chairwoman of the Board for Terra Global Developments, bringing forward a unique blend of visionary leadership, community innovation, and two decades of executive experience. Before joining Terra, she spent 20 years as Executive Director of a statewide health care association, where she guided organizational strategy, stakeholder engagement, and industry-wide initiatives. 

Cheryl is also the creator of Kitchen Table Conversations and the Four Gifts framework, nationally recognized as a “Next Best Brilliant Idea for Humanity” for strengthening family communication and team culture. At Terra Global Developments, she leads with a focus on human connection, regenerative development, and cross-sector collaboration, ensuring that every Terra initiative reflects the company’s core belief that Community is at Our Core.
