Before founding Terra Global Developments, he served in senior advisory and executive positions in international emerging markets.
As Senior Vice President of a privately held multinational real estate and infrastructure corporation, Patrick helped advance the conceptualization and planning of satellite townships across major Indian metropolitan markets, including Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, and Kolkata. These large-scale smart city concepts combined high-quality residential communities with broadband connectivity, modern utility infrastructure, and sustainable waste and water management systems. This work gave him direct experience coordinating complex development visions across real estate, infrastructure, technology, investment, government relations, and international business.
Patrick also contributed to establishing exclusive countrywide joint ventures with globally recognized organizations in hospitality, destination design, real estate brokerage, property services, investment, and capital markets.
