Rui previously served as Executive Director of a $5.4 billion multinational pharmaceutical company, where he oversaw strategic rollouts, funding integration, and sustainable expansion across multiple regions. 

Now based in Johannesburg, he leads an international consultancy focused on aligning local market insight with global growth strategies. Known for his ability to navigate challenging conditions and deliver measurable results, Rui brings invaluable strategic, financial, and geopolitical perspective to Terra Global Developments’ mission and international partnerships.
